The plenary lectures covered new approaches to magnesium die casting, the development of alloys for automotive brake systems, the production of biodegradable metallic foams, sustainable aluminium casting, the use of humanoid robotics in industrial automation, aluminium alloys with a higher proportion of recycled materials, the development of high-silicon ductile irons, the integration of advanced die-casting processes and laser welding, and the development of new dental alloys.

The sections Ferrous Alloys, Foundry Techniques and Technologies, Non-Ferrous Alloys, and Presentations by Master’s and Doctoral Students and Researchers addressed the development of new materials, sustainable production processes, foundry sand reclamation, automation, robotics and artificial intelligence in foundry technology, computer simulations, quality control, and new applications of foundry materials in the automotive, biomedical and other industrial sectors.

The foundry exhibition presented a broad range of products, including robotic systems and automated equipment for different types of foundries, equipment and software solutions for process simulation, quality-control systems for die-casting foundries, bentonite binders, and a wide range of auxiliary foundry materials.
