DNX 2100 – Next-Generation Multitasking Machining Center

DN Solutions introduces the DNX 2100, a multitasking turn-mill center designed for an efficient and cost-effective transition to complex part machining. By combining turning and milling in a single setup, the machine enables full 5-axis machining with C-axis contouring, Y-axis off-center machining, and a B-axis with up to 240° tilt.

Equipped with an 8" (Ø200 mm) or 10" (Ø254 mm) chuck, the DNX 2100 supports a maximum turning diameter of 520 mm and a machining length of up to 1,100 mm. It is suitable for both bar work and complex part production.

Its rigid one-piece cast iron structure and box guideways ensure excellent stability even during heavy cutting. Machining accuracy is further enhanced by thermal compensation sensors and a spindle cooling system, maintaining consistent performance during long machining cycles.

The DNX 2100 is an ideal solution for complex parts, prototypes, and small batch production. By consolidating multiple operations into one machine, it reduces setup times, minimizes workpiece handling, and lowers production costs, delivering an excellent price-performance ratio.
