NIOR is a high-tech development company, that designs and manufactures tools for production since 1984.
We produce three main categories of products: forming rolls for production lines up to 800 mm in diameter, forming knives, tools for cutting out and bending metal sheets and profiles and axles for production lines of hot rolled black, cold rolled, stained and stainless tubes. Our products are made from high quality tool steel and can satisfy most demanding customer’s expectations. We are specialized in accomplishing specific customer requirements from design, development and rolls production process (turning, milling, grinding, polishing, tempering and thermal processing). We offer technically sophisticated solutions enabled by the application of CNC machinery with CAD-CAM support system. Result of over 35 years of experience are high quality forming rolls, from which 99% are exported worldwide. Our customers are manufacturers of tubes and profiles and automotive industry.
