Since its first edition, IEEE MetroAeroSpace has served as an international forum for research in aerospace metrology, bringing together national and international institutions as well as academia. The event fosters dialogue on state-of-the-art topics that require a collaborative approach between experts in measurement instrumentation and industrial testing—typically professional engineers—and specialists in innovative metrology, primarily from academia.

The 13th edition will continue to advance both the state of the art and practical applications developed over the years. Key topics include, but are not limited to, metrology-assisted production technologies for the aerospace industry, aircraft component measurement, aerospace sensors and signal conditioning, and calibration methods for electronic testing and measurement.
