New Robotic Cell for Synchronized Automated Assembly and Ultrasonic Welding

LANEA Engineering d.o.o. has developed a new robotic cell for automated assembly, component handling, and ultrasonic welding. The key advantage of the system is the fully synchronized operation of five industrial robots working in combination with an operator and two rotary tables, enabling a continuous and optimized production process.

The system is designed to achieve a high level of precision, repeatability, and operational safety. Advanced robot synchronization ensures coordinated execution of demanding operations, reduced handling time, and consistent process quality during complex assembly tasks.

The robotic cell integrates ultrasonic welding systems, custom-developed gripping solutions, and safety systems designed to protect the operator while ensuring reliable system performance. Special focus during development was placed on process stability, safe human-robot interaction, and production cycle optimization.

This new technological solution represents an important step toward the implementation of advanced automated systems in modern industrial manufacturing.
