VMT-X Multi-Tasking Machining Center – Turning and Milling in a Single Setup

The VMT-X multi-tasking machining center is designed for modern industrial production where precision and process optimization are essential. By integrating turning and milling operations within a single machine, complex parts can be machined without additional workpiece repositioning. This reduces errors, shortens production time, and improves repeatability.
The VMT-X360 and VMT-X400 machines allow machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 720 mm and a length of up to 2100 mm. A powerful turning spindle with 30 kW ensures stable and efficient turning operations, while the milling spindle with speeds up to 12,000 rpm enables fast and precise milling. An additional Y-axis with 420 mm travel further increases flexibility for complex machining tasks.
